Need a versatile, conductive piece of metal for an electrical project, a craft, or a repair job? This uxcell Copper Flat Bar is a handy piece of pure copper that’s easy to cut, bend, drill, and shape exactly how you need it.

Made from 99.99% pure copper, this bar offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity—perfect for bus bars, grounding straps, custom electrical connectors, heat sinks, or even artistic metalwork. It’s also highly corrosion-resistant and durable, so it holds up well in damp or hot environments.

Each bar measures 4mm thick, 25mm wide, and 200mm long (about 0.16\ x 0.98\ x 7.87\). You can easily cut it to shorter lengths with a hacksaw or metal cutter, bend it into brackets or supports, drill holes for mounting, or solder it to other components.

Common uses include: DIY electrical panels, RC car battery connectors, custom lighting fixtures, sculpture bases, radiator repairs, workshop jigs, and more. Because copper is so malleable, it’s forgiving to work with even if you’re not a metalworking pro.

Note: Copper naturally oxidizes over time, which can darken the surface, but this doesn’t affect its conductivity or strength. A quick polish can restore the shine if you want it to look new.

Keep a few of these bars in your workshop—you’ll be surprised how often they come in handy!
