How does it work? The microporous polyurethane coating middle layer moves water vapor from inside to outside, while the soft knitted polyester inner layer manages moisture. Translation: you stay dry from both water outside and sweat inside.
The latex neck and sleeve seals are soft against your skin but completely waterproof. There's even extra neoprene protection on the cuffs and neck to make them more durable. The attached socks are made from the same 3-layer waterproof fabric, and both the entry zipper and front zipper are fully waterproof.
Weighing between 1.2-1.8kg, it's not overly bulky. The ergonomic design makes it relatively easy to get on and off, and you've got good freedom of movement.
